    Refried bean and Vegan Quorn Fillet enchiladas with a bottom of the crisper drawer side salad. Enchiladas are fun but they always take longer than I want them to. These were super tasty, protein packed and filling though so worth it. #vegan #ebnutrition #protein #quorn #beans #refriedbeans #mexicanfood #veganfood #sheese #salad #whatveganseat #whatdietitianseat #veganfoodshare #veganfortheanimals #mealideas #veganmealideas #vegandietitian #plantbaseddietitian #plantbasednutrition #plantbased #plantbasedprotein #veganprotein #tastyvegan #eatyourveggies #nutrition #enchiladas #veganenchiladas
Use your creative energy! Most of what I create is either food related or nails related. I know you're not here for nails but the message is the same and creating in whatever way is honouring yourself, your own passions, it's self care. Take time out of your day for you! My nails are a point of pride for me because up until 6 months ago I was an anxious nail biter. Now instead of biting and picking I paint. I've transformed a habit which caused me harm into one that I absolutely love to show and share. The same is true about my relationship with food. Once upon a time I tracked everything I ate and desperately tried to fit into macros I'd assigned myself, now I create delicious meals which nourish me, body and mind - without tracking anything. I took out the anxiety and replaced it with pleasure, something I aim to do with my clients too. I believe the more we use our creative energy the greater our ability to access it becomes. Creativity is a valuable tool in every toolbox, whether your craft is fine arts, construction, project management, or anything else the ability to develop ideas which inspire is an extremely important human trait, so honour it! As we get older we tend to move away from creativity into logical and linear solutions but it's always "out of the box" ideas that further us the most, so get creating - by any means necessary. All aboard the tahini train. Oven roasted eggplant on a bed of stewed lentils, drizzled with tahini dressing and served with pan roasted brussel sprouts and zucchini. One of those "bottom of the fridge and back of the pantry" meals that really worked out. Yum. See previous food post for more info about the amazing unhulled tahini. #dinner #whatveganseat #veganfoodshare #lentils #legumes #protein #iron #vegan #veganfood #mediterranean #tahini #nutrients #nutrition #dietitian #melbournedietitian #vegandietitian #veggies #homecooking #homemade #leftovers #yum #lunch #mealideas #veganmeals #eatwhatyoulove #nutritionist #vegannutritionist
